Kelly Dyer

Kelly Dyer has been employed in the telecommunications industry for more than 30 years. After attending college majoring in electronics, he began his career with RTC Communications, a local exchange carrier located in Southern Indiana, and quickly rose to executive vice president and general manager, a position he held for 18 years.
While at RTC Communications Dyer became the first chairman of Indiana Fiber Network LLC in March of 2002. He was responsible for the establishment of the corporation including the recruitment of investor/owners and oversight and development of the business plan. On January 1, 2004, he became the first full-time employee of IFN, becoming its President and chief executive officer.
During his 29-year career he has held different offices within state and national organizations, including chairman of the Indiana Exchange Carrier Association, second vice-chairman of the Indiana Telecommunications Association and member of the National Telecommunications Cooperative Associations’ Industry Committee, to name a few.
