Phil Fine

Phil Fine, from Calix Networks, is the director of market development for the Calix Multiservice Management Market unit. Fine is responsible for market and product definition of the Calix Management System, a network and service management platform for delivering fiber and copper access services. In addition, he is responsible for interface development of product-level user interfaces, and integration with third-party operations support systems, including back office subscriber management, IP service management, TR-069 ACS and performance management application software. Phil received his bachelor of science in engineering from the United States Military Academy, and received a master of science in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland, and a juris doctor from Santa Clara University. Fine has more than 20 years of experience in satellite, network and service management operations software with the United States Army, Lockheed Martin, ADC and Calix Networks.
