Jack Magnusen is a solutions manager of customer insight and experience for Nokia Siemens Networks in North America. He has extensive experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, including wireless intelligent networks, enhanced services platforms, and IMS relating to both voice and data services. Prior to joining Nokia Siemens Networks, Magnusen was with Apertio Ltd., where he successfully sold the centralized subscriber repository with multiple wireless applications to communication service providers in North America. This architecture has become the foundation that enables the more meaningful personalized user experience. With 30 years in telecommunications, Magnusen also has represented Tandem Computers, Openwave Systems, SchlumbergerSema, Bridgeport Networks and Adaptive Broadband.
