Dale Merten began his career in rural telecommunications over thirty years ago as an installer / repairman for St. Paul Telephone. Today he serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Toledo Telephone in Toledo Washington. Dale has been a leader in adopting Over the Top Video and is constantly seeking ways to leverage the value of Toledo's network. He is your Region 9 Director for The Foundation for Rural Service. He and his wife Tina live on a small ranch in Toledo Washington.
