Tony Mumm is the manager of product development at Iowa Network Services (INS), overseeing research and development of products and services that enhance or build revenue streams. In addition, Mumm performs strategic planning for INS’ packet network infrastructure. Mumm has provided leadership on a number of initiatives including the deployment of enterprise network solutions such as comprehensive IP and VPN networks and colocation. Since joining INS, Mumm’s roles have included developing business and technical strategies for the INS’ data and voice networks. Throughout his tenure at INS, Mumm has developed products and network architectures to support a broad range of initiatives, including multiservice data networks, IP/MPLS networks, wireless, soft switching and IPTV.
