Ali Shah is a director of broadband strategy in the Strategy and Marketing Organization in Ericsson North America. He has been with Ericsson for 14 years and has been engaged in the strategy for mobile broadband solutions since 2007. Prior to his current position, he was the director of RF engineering services in Ericsson. In this role, he led an organization engaged in GSM/EDGE as well as WCDMA/HSPA deployment for Ericsson’s customers in North America. He received his doctorate from the George Mason University School of Information Technology in Virginia in 1996. He holds multiple patents related to radio access networks.
