Lori Vergin assists clients with research, analysis, planning and execution strategies relative to marketing, operational optimization and strategic planning. These areas include marketing strategy, creative services, strategic planning, customer support, performance-based pay, employee manuals and job descriptions, public relations, corporate evaluation services and training. 

Vergin has over 21 years of industry experience. Sixteen of those years were spent in operations at Chibardun Telephone Cooperative in Dallas, Wis. (now Mosaic Telecom). As Chibardun’s commercial operations officer, she was responsible for customer services, sales, marketing, public relations, human resources and diversified business opportunities for the parent company and its multiple subsidiaries, as well as serving as a member of the three-person executive team responsible for strategic planning.

Additionally, she spent a year as the director of product quality assurance and training with Associated Network Partners, Inc. in Springfield, Illinois, where she led the organization’s quality assurance, training, VoIP, network operations, sales and marketing initiatives. Most recently, she served as senior vice president and chief market strategist for CHR Solutions, where she led the market strategy, creative services and multimedia marketing, market research and communication and association management lines of business.

She has been a frequent speaker at industry events for nearly 15 years, addressing audiences at NTCA, OPASTCO, RICA, WSTA, NRTC, USTA, TSTCI, MTA, WFC, and many other organizations and groups. Her writing has been published in multiple industry magazines, and she currently serves on several industry committees.
