Sue DeFlorio has worked the communications industry for more than 25 years. She began her career with Illinois Bell in Chicago and has worked for large regional phone companies, independent phone companies and competitive local exchange carriers.  Her experience includes voice, data and packet networks, data center management and IP solutions. DeFlorio is currently chief operating officer for FiberCloud, Inc., where she spearheads its strategic direction and provides operational leadership for the company.  DeFlorio recently served as general manager for the Seattle branch of Focal Communications.  Her career includes positions as marketing director for Advanced Radio Telecom, regulatory/public affairs director for Metropolitan Fiber Systems and business/regulatory strategist for Centel-Sprint United.  Sue is an honors graduate from the University of Illinois and holds a degree in quantitative methods.  She serves on the board of directors for the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and has served on the board of trustees for the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce.
